Mount Royal
Mount Royal is soap and skin care brand based in Baltimore. As a self-initiated project, I rebranded their business and redesigned the desktop layout of their website.
The logotype evokes the friendly and fun feel of vintage 1970s-era type, while its elegant serifs and light weight feel also nod to the luxurious and regal connotations of the brand name.
The web design, like the logotype, strives to convey different sides of the brand at once. Soft blues and warm serifs lend an approachable feel that complements a more minimal, geometric style more commonly associated with luxury skin care.
